Helfrich House Restoration and Addition
The Helfrich House was an ell-shaped, Queen Anne Victorian when it was originally built in 1907. Then in 1924, it was remodeled into a 20th century bungalow still retaining some of the Victorian elements, such as narrow two-over-two light windows, a transom over the front door, a Victorian screen door (with ornateness of spindle work and balls) and an outside porch.
